Ministry of Fisheries and Ocean Resources Holds First Stakeholder Consultation for 20-Year Master Plan (2025–2045).

The Ministry of Fisheries and Ocean Resources has conducted its first stakeholder consultation for the development of the Fisheries and Ocean Resources 20-Year Master Plan (2025–2045).

The consultation brought together representatives from key government ministries, state agencies, private sector organizations, and non-governmental organizations to discuss priorities, challenges, and opportunities within the fisheries and ocean resources sector.

The session aimed to gather valuable insights and recommendations to inform the formulation of a comprehensive strategic framework for the sustainable management and development of fisheries and ocean resources in the Maldives over the next two decades.
