Marine Hatchery Training Programme – 2nd Batch Announcement

The Ministry of Fisheries and Ocean Resources, in collaboration with the Maldives Marine Research Centre, is pleased to announce the commencement of the second Basic Mariculture Training Course, as part of the Marine Hatchery Skills Development Programme. Fourteen Days training program is scheduled to take place from October 18, 2025 to October 30, 2025 at the Research and Training Facility in K. Maniyafushi.

Applications are open for fifteen participant positions for this training programme. The training programme aims to develop a skilled workforce in the aquaculture sector and contribute to the sustainable management of marine resources in the Maldives.
